WARRANTY
Flagstaff Auto recyclers, warrants to the purchaser that the used
part(s)
with which this warranty is given are serviceable and functional,
with respect to defects appearing within (90) days after the date of
purchase. FLAGSTAFF AUTO
RECYCLERS shall, at it’s discretion, provide either a replacement part
without charge to the purchaser or a refund by company check.
FLAGSTAFF AUTO RECYCLERS may require the return of the defective
part(s) and the return of the original part(s) to the owner.
All parts at Flagstaff AUTO RECYCLERS bear identifying marks.
In no event shall FLAGSTAFF AUTO RECYCLERS be liable
for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs of installation
and removal, or damage caused by use of our parts. Nor shall FLAGSTAFF AUTO
RECYCLERS be liable or responsible for defects, incorrect, misidentified, or
wrong part(s).
